Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life in our Lord through Jesus Christ our Lord.
When we choose to live a life outside of the will of God, then we are choosing to pay the consequence that resulted from that choice. When we choose to live in the will of God then we know that things are going to work out for our good (Romans 8:28). There will always be a price to pay when we decide to step outside of the will of God. Just remember, Satan will set you up just to bring you down. So whatever you do--Choose Life. Whatever you face in life, God will always be with you in it, (Daniel 3:8-12) when Nebuchadnezzar threatened those who did not bow down with being thrown into a "blazing furnace--he threatened to throw Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego into that furnace; the enemy is threating you with trails and circumstances, financial difficulty, and life, but just as God was with them, He's with you! He didn't leave them and He will NEVER leave or forsake you.
Just know having faith in God's power to deliver you is key, we must say like the Hebrew boys said - "Our God is able to deliver us." Yahweh is the all-powerful God. Nothing is beyond His power or intervention. Nothing! They put their ultimate trust in an all powerful, all knowing God; so much so that they said, "Even if He doesn't deliver us, we still won't bow before your image." If God doesn't deliver, He hasn't forgotten. Things don't have to end up the way we think they should. God knows better. As Job declares, "Though he slay me, yet will I trust him" (Job 13:15, KJV).
You're in the palms of His hands, no one can pluck you out, you are the apple of His eye, He is your keeper and He is your shelter. Run to Him especially when you feel like you have no where else to turn. He's right there, just trust Him, He loves you and He's got your back!
